We have never come across anyone else with it as a first name that's why I asked so I could tell him... We have met another Darius but never a Bevan.. My oldest finally met another Roderick last year.. at 17.. We'll have to keep looking for another Bevan lol

So much for cleaning.. my mother just woke me up when she rang!

    Afternoon all

I did all the bedrooms together (I think it was on Tuesday) so that's covered today Soappie :)

I've done some washing and it's dry and put away. Dusted the living room and computer desk and vacuumed right through downstairs.

Made a sponge and a fruit cake. Did lots of washing up.

    Dinner is cooking now.

Welcome home Toots, I'm glad you don't seem to have posted yet today - I hope that means you are taking things slowly :)

I hope Hazel will recover well. I can't think about her being kicked.

The flat inspection lady still hasn't come. She has 20 minutes - they are supposed to be here between 10 and 1. I want to go and lie down and close my eyes, my head aches.
I'm really whiffy, have done loads of walking on the spot today! On Tues, it was really hard to walk for 2 mins at a time. Yesterday 3 mins was getting easy. Today 4 mins is manageable. It's getting easier altho i get really hot! Will need to change my t-shirt and freshen up before going to the doctors later!

Much better than trying to do too much...very bad for me! :rotfl: 2 days at work, and it's all over for me!!!!

Piggers I meant to say, sorry about the puddy, that's a really horrible thing to have happen. It never fails to amaze me how repugnant people can be. Hope she's ok. :(

I've phoned them and they said they should have left a message as th flat inspection was cancelled, and if I'd got back to them they would have rebooked it. I said I didnt get any messages and couldn't get back to them as I didn't know anything about it. They said they will ask the girl that did the phoning when she gets in on Monday. Hmph. No apology, that's what annoys me. It always annoys me when people don't tell you stuff and then blame you for not knowing about it.
