Thanks Dragonfly
I've gargled with aspirin, and taken beechams with honey and lemon in. Taking no chances!!
Take it steady with your list - it's looking way too long angel. Try not to carry stuff over, it all comes round again next week. Otherwise you'll end up feeling overwhelmed. HTHMMSSB Club Founder Member

Piggers - healthy healing Hazel vibes - how awful! How is she this morning?
Mammamia2 - well done you have a full house. And have a lovely weekend away.
SarahS - hope you feel better soon
I have also given myself a full house because I don't do the kids' room and I bottomed out the utility area yesterday as a substitute.
Grey again this morning. I'm glad I got all that washing done yesterday.I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Good Morning All! What a beautiful day it seems - am having my tea in the conservatory with the door wide open - I'd be outside if I were dressed!!
Hope Hazel is OK.
Our aged pusscat (17 this summer!) can no longer jump up anywhere and is definitely deaf these days. Still bosses the dogs around tho'.
I might have relaxed as it's kids' rooms day - (DS 2 is 34!!) but it's his room I'm painting..and he's probably coming up for the w/e as his partner and daughter have flown to Germany for her Grandmother's 90th birthday. He's not been too well so decided not to go. So, must get dressed and get that last wall painted quickly! What's the betting I find I need more paint???
Have a good day, all.Resolution:

I have to phone the vet about 10-11am to check on Hazel.. the vet was impressed with how calm she appeared.. her heart rate was normal .. though her being still is unusual.. she wasn't twitchy or anything.. Fingers crossed all is ok with her this morning.
I have to tell DD4 who she belongs to yet.. and the other children.. I'll tell them when they get home tonight. ust that she had an accident. I amm however hoing to do a flyer to pop through the neighbours doors with a beautiful pic I have of DD4 with Hazel telling the street what one of our lovely neighbours has done to the much loved pet of a tiny 6 year old girl and hopefully guilt trip the scrote into leaving my other 3 fluffs alone.. piece of $h!t that they are!! She isn't even a year old!! She was mistreated by her original owners before being tied up in a carrier bag and put in the bin!! Her second owner threw her out and DS1 brought her here to be loved.. she didn't deserve or warrant any more evil treatment...
I am livid!!! Can you tell? If I find out who did it they are getting kicked in the face until they are blind too!!... and reported to the police..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Teachers, have you seen the news? Ofsted is going to be allowed to visit schools unannounced, and parents can call them in if they feel their children’s school isn’t performing well enough. Hugs to you all if this entails extra work for you, but you are all great teachers so I'm sure you will do well whenever they turn up
Pigpen, stress and being ill can delay AF’s arrival so don’t worry that she’s not here. She’ll turn up in her own good time! Oh, poor Hazel, hope she is better soon. That’s really awful that someone did that to her. Hope your DD4 and the other children are ok when you tell them
Big hugs MSGnomey
Boddy hope the work thing resolves itself, hugs
Thrifty, that’s great that your school is outstanding at helping those with special needs! Well done!
Well, we have a flat inspection today and I need to get things tidied up a bit more and get the kitchen really spotless. Compared to when we've had inspections before, there is no stress today! Previously both DH and I have spent hours trying to get it nice before they arrive! What a big change!
HHC 9-9:30 - anyone want to join me?
