    Evening

    - first time posting since Sunday as been major busy so a big thank you to Pigpen for taking the time to do the lists and ?soappie doing stars (not that I get them very often)

Got up early yesterday to do some flying before the union guy came and did really well, I guess it was because we dont want visitors to think we live in a hovel :p.

We then proceeded to go through all the paperwork the management have submitted to support their case against OH. I was so glad I was there as I dont know how much he would have missed . Poor OH had had enough after about an hour and a half but it took us over 6 hours in the end before he had to go. I then had to spend more time doing research on the internet, and what with typing it up as well it was after midnight when I got to bed! Felt absolutely drained today and the stress is beginning to show. Hopefully though we have lots of stuff to rip part of their case apart but it doesnt get away from the fact that OH didnt follow the procedure :o. Cant do anything until next week now so just need to get on.

    List done so far

    • Wash a pair of curtains, or some nets or a throw from a chair or bed
    • Those up for the 30 minute ironing challenge per day.. that’s on your list too!!
I will hopefully start to follow the thread a bit more this week as need something to take my mind off stuff. Talking of which, a combination of Pigpen (and her sister), Jade Goody and my best friend have prompted me to make my first ever appt at 45 for a s***r test (cant even say the word :o)and I'm having kittens about it as its tomorrow. I have always had a serious mental block about it and probably will 2moro but I'm not backing out now so wish me luck.

Right I'm going to make a cuppa, have some chocolate, empty WM into TD and then possibly have an early night.

Big hugs to those who need them

    Kaz

:mad::mad::mad: I have just discovered, by finding a copy on the PC, that today OH received more copies of information that the management have supplied to use in their case, and a new statement of case.
1 - they state in their policy that they will provide everything 8 days beforehand and
2 - I cant believe OH didnt bother to tell me especially after all the work I put in yesterday !!!!!!:mad::mad::mad:

Good evening everyone  Can I say yeaaaaahhhhhhh!! I've done my 2 days at work, so it's Friday night :T Not due back until Tuesday :j The 2 days have been pretty hard (ending with my colleagues insiting on keep picking up a baby blackbird in the car-park, which then died icon9.gif ) so I'm looking forward to some family time, and some OldStyling

Pen-Pen - has anyone told you that you are truly an angel? :A I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

All part of the service :D You are very welcome :A

HollyH - condolences to you and your family

Michelle - try and keep away from work in your head as well as in body. I find a walk or a cycle ride helps me to unwind and think clearly. A bubble bath and a glass of wine can help, too ;)

SarahShattered - uppity   :rotfl:

kazwookie - shame you don't live nearer me; I'm sure plant pots breed in my shed :p and you'd be welcome to them

Jo - great to see you back :T
    Welcome to the newbies

:grouphug: to anyone I've not mentioned

The children and I have eaten, but DH has just got in - delayed following an accident on the M-way. He's making me a cup of tea :A then I'll start on my list.

See you all tomorrow, Penny. x

Kaz I'm proud of you. It will not be anywhere near as bad as you think my love. Relax and open your mouth slightly whilst it is being done, do not clench you jaw - try now (yes I know you are) and you may well feel the connection between down there and your mouth.

Good luck for tomorrow Kaz. Well done for finally booking it. You'll be fine. :)

Thanks Boddy for thinking about me! The dentist was a flippin nightmare!!!! Well, the dentist wasn't, but DD3 was! I don't know what it is about that place, but she loses it completely when we go. She's never had a bad experience there. She's never had any problems with her teeth... but she just goes into full-on adhd meltdown.

Anyway, it's done now for another 6months. :D

Anyone (penPen?) know of what I can do to revive my leather purse. It got drenched in hot chocolate so had to be thoroughly washed and is now cracked - what can I rub on it to revive it? - thanks

    :jEvening All,
Another productive evening, changed today to the bathroom as OH was watching cricket (very large long yawn, snore, dribble, snort) and started getting huffy when I produced my noisy hoover.

    Tuesday Scrub-a-dub ~ bathroom/loo and cruddy study!
    [STRIKE]Level One
    Declutter the clutter!
    Delete 100 EMAILS - i didn't have 100!!!
    Level Two
    Wash/vacuum floors
    Clean the baths/basins/bogs etc
Wash the bath mats, shower curtains and toilet hats!
    Defrag the pc
    Level Three
Declutter the pc desk and give it a wipe!
    Empty all those upstairs bins!
    [/STRIKE]

have stuck towels etc., in the wash so they should be ready by tomorrow morning!! luckily my study area is pretty tidy as I've been revising loads for an OU exam next monday (brown trouser time) so that only took a couple of mins. Also hoovered the landing, spare room and bedroom:T
Aching lots today cos of new exercise regime, treated myself to EA Active for the Wii and i'm now officially kn**kered!! Am also doing the £4k a year challenge so I shouldn't really have spent the money, but just waiting to confirm on a part-time job so hopefully will make the money back.
Sunshinesheli - how did the theory test go??
Rosepink1984 - is there any chance you could request another CPN? Or if your support worker is any good, could you not sit down together and try to tell her how you feel? You could say that you want the CPN to listen and not comment until you've finished? Jobwise, I'm a relief funeral arranger. The company i work for has 25 branches from surrey to west london, and I travel wherever needed, covering holiday, sick leave, etc. Love my job although I know it's not everybody's cup of tea!! More laughter than tears in the arranging room tho, and I'm fairly strong emotionally so the more sensitive arrangements dont upset me. Although I have been warned that there will be one sooner or later that upsets me for no apparent reason!
Anyhoo, dinner just about ready, then holby (my guilty pleasure!!) then a couple of hours revising.
Hugs to all that need them, have a good one!!!
