    Hi everyone!

I've done one load of washing, and that's it for flying today. I'll be catching up tomorrow - note to newbies - do not try catching up until you've been flying for a fair while!!!

Thank you for the good wishes, it wasn't that bad a day yesterday, and I'm very good at leaving it behind me once I've left school for the day. Today was an easy day's supply in a nice school - and I even had two lessons free because cover wasn't needed after all - all my outline planning now done until the end of term, and almost all the detailed planning for next week also done!

    - have you tried reflecting back what your visitor says? Say 'So what you're saying is.....(repeat what she said)'. This may clarify whether she is expressing it badly, or if you are interpreting it wrongly. Then be honest about how you feel - make a note of on a scale. You could scale how you feel before she arrives and after you've talked to her, and then show her - she may not realise how it makes you feel. You may also like to have a think of some things that you would like to achieve at some future unspecified time. When you feel up to it, break these down into little steps, and then take one step toward achieving your goal. Flylady life coaching!!!

Does anyone else ever just want to give up on work and 'modern-living', up-sticks to the country and spend your days doing whatever you want to do?

(Edited out the rant! No one really needs to worry about my silly little problems, everyone has days like I've just had.)

Anyway, flying - did yesterday's list! :D yay! And I'll start on todays in a bit, want to catch up on here first. Today's shouldn't be too bad, we did quite a bit at the weekend.
Hugs to all who need it xx

I remember being in a year two class last year, it was home time and I said to one little boy 'don't worry your mum will be here soon' as I knew she picked him up every day. He replied 'no nana is picking me up today because mum is visiting dad for selling coca cola'. Turned out his dad was selling drugs (coke) and had been raided!

Flying - second washing load put in xx

Pauper - you made me laugh about the bath. I'd love to have one but I really don't think i'd get out again! Can you imagine....i'd be found rather wrinkly when my DH got home at 6pm!!!

The good news is that my doctor changed my shoes for me...i'd put my walking boots on this morning and couldn't take them off! I think that's when the doctor realised it was bad! I'm allowed to lift things if it's lighter than a bag of sugar!

Flying - i'm going to sort out my new yankee tarts that have arrived....yeahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!! xx

    Aww! :D good.
Good news about the lifting - you were alright with your towels after all!!:rotfl:
Hope your back gets better xx

I'm not sure about the stardrops with ammonnia in the chemist, will ask on the stardrops forum, but will pop to instore in the morning to see if they have the regular one there.
Apart from that and work in the morning and lunchtime, I am not going anywhere so will crack on with the lists plus try and get ahead if I can. xx
