Having done the fridge... I've discovered that there really isn't much in there now it's tidy  then again, I'm only here for tomorrow and Monday so I don't need that much.

The house isn't really looking greatly improved yet... although I have done a bit of washing up, but it'll need putting away soon...

    Afternoon all

Lil_me and Frodders - hope the school fetes went well, we had our primary one today, so glad I'm not on the PTA anymore.

Only flying I've done is two lots of washing. I'm in a very pensive mood which is not good.

Bites are driving me mad, I can't cover them with my hand anymore.

Dusty that doesn't sound very good, do you have an allergy to bites?? If so maybe you should go to a Dr or MIU??

Wishy-Washy Wednesday - Master bedroom and Landing SOAPPIE DONE :D

Well I slept better than I did the night before. Went to see mum this morning and we went for a walk which she really enjoyed. When we got back I massaged her hands for her while she was sitting munching chocolate lol. Then went to DDs to see what the damage was after GS2s party. House is fine, GS2 was up and ok, DD feeling a wee bit unwell lol. I walked back through the country park again its hot here. Just got in when there was a cloudburst.

Need to get my statement done for work. Everytime I think of the situation I switch it off and think of something nice. Like the box of Celebrations I got off the paper seller at the hospital yesterday. I had helped them out by selling the papers for a few hours and that was my thank you. Some people are really kind.

Have done the dailies and hoovered right through as well as doing the bedroom. Plus 2 loads of washing. Will do a HHI later. Im working tomorrow and Monday and night shift Thurs. Got next weekend off for a wedding.

lil_me Hope you get the wasps sorted again and DS2 gets in his shed.
pigpen How is Hazel? Hope DD1 and her friend are ok.
Toots Glad you have a nice carer and hope the man is. Take it easy. You would be surprised how nasty a couple of the people I work with can be.
    PP enjoy the barbecue.
rosepink What a lovely neighbour you are to help like that.
greenbee Think the eating less may be working. Trousers I could not get on I can get into now. I think its the extra walking too.

Need to nip out shortly as I forgot to get Jake some food.

dusty - have you got one of those gadgets that gives you an electric shock when you click it on the bite? I find it works well if I catch them early. Make sure you wear repellent and cover up!

I'm going to take the bottles to the bottle bank, then go to the farm shop. Hopefully I can get everything else I need from the village shop tomorrow - although I'm tempted to go to the supermarket to find something to feed to my parents!

ETA - well done on getting your step count up Rose, and on offering to help your neighbour. Great news on the weight loss boddy - another nice thing to focus on to take your mind off the unpleasantness at work.

Yes I do always get dramatic reactions. Usually only need to see someone if it gets infected. I'll see what they are like tomorrow.

Going to pick the strawberries and sort the kitchen out so I can do dinner.

Hazel is much brighter today thank you.. still starving.. or she may just be eating cos she is bored!! She has been purring and is desperate to be out and stroked every time anyone goes near the cage.. I want to let her out of it but the back door is open and she is not going out for a few weeks until she has healed properly and is used to her new impaired vision. I'll lock the cat flap and let her out for a few hours later once I've captured all the others.

the girls are both fine and looking forward to having to give evidence .. I have explained it probably won't come to that but you know what they are like! . DD1 wants new clothes!!

Back from school fayre and childrens shoe shopping. Was not as bad as I thought but disappointing how many turned up, it's a sunny day and they probably decided to go to the beach instead.....Shoe shopping also went ok, I took DP home first because he was getting on my nerves then went. DS1s been told I will be throwing his size 2s he likes in the bin because he's in a size 4! He prefers things the same including shoes but the ones he liked they just don't make any more so he's going to have to use the new ones. Kids won loads of stuff on tombolas etc, DS2 got one of those sleeping pets in the basket which he's wanted for ages so he's thrilled!

Anyway, this evening I can plan now. The boys have new water pistols so they are outside with those so think I will clean up the kitchen some more as I can be in there and watch them at the same time. Wasp man is coming on Monday to deal with it again but there is plenty of room to play without them going too close to it. I've put some chairs in a line where they can't go past.

    Ok will do a list

Make dinner (forgot about that, Jamaican chicken stew for me, fish for the boys)
    Clear other kitchen bench
Remove paperwork from kitchen after sorting out what NEEDS keeping
    Fridge sort through and clean
Wipe benches and cupboard doors inside and out
    Clean kitchen floor

Well if I do all that I will get a Monday star as I have done the rest, haha the shame of only getting one this week :o well I might get some more..........and piglet might fly........
One day I might be more organised...........

Hi Bevan 840,I think Im a bit different to you,he tours a lot of course, but I have to admit I cant wait for him to go most of the time,I do have 5 children and great friends though so am very busy anyway.

You will have to give yourselves a treat with the tips ie go for a meal together or something else you enjoy then you will have that to look forward to when he gets back.

Flying...erm...have a HM cauliflower cheese ready and HM rolls rising in the sun outside, well its free lol, will pop these all in the oven when DD1 gets back from work.
