I have to do with work as well. It is wise to do so. Everything is logged on a special sheet and uploaded onto a portal. Conversations, texts , e mails the lot. Abbreviated versions, but we have to keep copies of e mails etc.

with alot of our stuff being used for courts of law we have to be really careful what we can write down ...but any thing that we think could be discriminatory is written down and i have also got a co-worker to sign it for proof ...just incase you never can be too sure nowadays

    :hello: Hey Bob (Fred?!:rotfl:)

Just had a quick catch up, some amazingly positive things a-happening (and I'm not just talking about Gerard Butler :p) So so glad that things are looking a bit brighter.

Hope it all settles down at work for DS x

  • Workplace bullying is horrible - I've been the victim of it twice - once in my first job when I was 16, and then for my first 6 years in my current job I worked with a complete b * tch who made my lift miserable on a regular basis - I got the last laugh there though as she got made redundant and I stayed - ding dong the witch is dead! I will cross my fingers for your DS getting things sorted Bob. Congrats on the 0% card too. :D

Thanks Rainy, haven't had much of a time for a catch up, but will hopefully be able to have a mooch.

Yes i have been the victim in the past too- i am very wary of backstabbers and whatnot. I am not short on coming forward or keeping evidence. I also make sure i get witnesses, thought i was going mad in my class( when things kept disappearing, books moved, resources nicked...stupid little things; but also important bits of paperwork ( i took to locking things in a cabinet in the end instead of a file) luckily someone over heard her one day bragging about how she had hidden some stuff ( really petty biatch) was actually a very elaborate lesson and was before inspection by one of the county peeps. She was hauled over the coals for that.
She did admit to a couple of other things too..but not everything. :o Turns out it was because of jealousy that i had gotten onto a course she had wanted. (don't know why, but that's funding in schools for you) anyway upshot was that the post carried extra incremental points, which i would have received..she thought she should have them..blah de blah blah.
I left soon after because DD2 was in and out of hospital, but it did shock me that in a so called civilised profession that someone would go out of their way to sabotage things. Bloomin ridiculous- i told her so too! Always said i would rather work with someone than against them. The rumours she spread as well came out of the wood work years later..cow!

He isn't George, he is making sure that someone checks with him on everything at the moment as well. So at least he will have evidence re work standards.

That is really horrible - but they are everywhere, people like that, sadly! Hope DS is coping OK.

Wages in and petrol paid..whoop whoop!

Balance transfers done, i have room for one more as i miscalculated amount owing..doh! But it will only be a tiny amount about £300,still it is better on 0% than not.

Other than that, not a lot to report...no bingo here! lol

Have a good one Fred :)
