Nah, years of sat in Gala Bingo with my Gran...do you know how embarrassing it is for a girl to be sat there with hives...:rotfl::rotfl:

And i was always the one with only one number too..hate it with a passion, i can still smell the perms, fags and dabber pens now....ooh sent shivers down my back that did:eek:

you do have a way with words:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
  • Good that you dealt with it so well - it's one of the reasons I like doing everything by email at work to keep a record - too much experience of people denying outright what they've said or done!

A trail is good..stops the snails in their tracks, slimey gits:rotfl:

Sorry to hear re DS bobaloo...yuccky stuff...good news re card :) Bingo-in-mad?!! you know you want to!! :)

  • Well a bit of news on DS front- he has received a apology from his manager after his area manager had words. Said he was under pressure and realised DS had done 10 days solid(after swine flu as well so was knackered) weird shift patterns and also a couple of favours...so upshot is that he is being given a better shift pattern for this week. Still didn't excuse what he had done, but it is a start.

Other news- we are having a good weekend, actually managed some time together last night without nosey kids in tow and had a good talk.

He has amazed me lately when he realised how down about it all i had become, and he knows that there is a long way to go...but credit where it is due, all i ever asked was that he meet me half way and not hide from things. Life is easier when we work together rather than against each other.

As Blackadder says, we are marching in the direction of a cunning plan now. Savings are building up to make settlement figures, overdraft still a PITA but reckon i will break the back bone of it this month.

Oh and received my new contract for job, not a permanent one- but it is not bad either.

That's it really- no Bingo still...A Bingo free Zone!
