He was really upset as it came out of the blue from his manager. Comments have been made to his friend behind his back and since the !!!!!! bloke like to operate like this, i thought it would be wise to get DS to note down, incidents comments etc. He has also had the foresight to mention the word tribunal and constructive dismissal to his mate..the message seems to have got back as he has been very quiet and pleasant since.:mad::mad: Have told DS to watch his back though and make sure he backs up everything he does.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

yes he is deff better off cataloguing everything just incase ...i do it and i make hubby do it too ...no matter what even if everything is good ...you just never know0
