Distance selling regulations
You may want to try just-eat for any future orders. We use them and they have much more choice of restaurant than the site you used
Just-Eat are even worse. I had an order 2 hrs late and when I tried to get Just-Eat involved they fobbed me off with rude, condescending emails.
For that, everytime their name is mentioned in cyberspace, I find it and insult it.
