Can I get a refund for this vomit?

in Credit cards
I ordered a takeaway via Hungryhouse.com using my credit card. The food arrived and had to immediately be thrown in the bin because it was so disgusting. The 'chicken' was clearly not chicken. The 'curry' was, I think, a mixture of semen and soy sauce. Even my dog would not eat the food. I immediately notified Hungryhouse.com. They called the restaurant who actually delivered the food and then got back to me. The response was, "the restaurant hung up on us and would not speak to us." They advised me to call the restaurant myself. I called the restaurant and the staff swore at me and hung up the phone.
Is there anything I can do, like make a claim on my credit card for the amount spent on the food?

Did you pay over £100 for it?"One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0 -

classic - I like that! That does allow for chargeback though - if over a ton, hahah - cos my chicken was in fact a sewer rat and my ribs were from an Alsation puppy! I want my money back!

I thought a pedigree Alsation would cost over £100.... haha
£100 is minimum amount you can spend prior to c/b. However, you could try DSR2000 - sure that may cover you (or see if they are with isis/idis or similar bonds)

What is DSR20000 -
Distance selling regulations
You may want to try just-eat for any future orders. We use them and they have much more choice of restaurant than the site you used0 -
Isn't this covered by 'SLOPS' similar to 'MOPS' for mail order??
