Does the site you ordered off let you post comments/reviews about your food. Just eat does and if yours does then obviously you can leave a neg review which may make others think twice

I wrote a negative review of the restaurant. Hungryhouse then emailed me to say they won't be posting my review and that I must resolve things directly with the restaurant.

It's a MAstercard. Is there such thing as a Mastercard chargeback?

From their site "We are independent, and with unbiased customer reviews, you can throw out the junk mail."

    ... or not.

Only if it's a Mastercard credit card, not debit card.

Yes but only if it's over £100.

I know that's already been said but I thought I wouldn't keep the OP's hopes up for too long.

Just eat dont publish the text part of the review last time I checked however that goes to their eyes so if they get a lot of neg reviews they will act.

They do however ask people to rate different parts of the service and those ratings do get published.

We only tend to order from restaurants we know. One we order from regularly on just eat is only down the road from us but we know it is likely to be good (except the last one when my curry was much hotter than normal)
