I have to disagree on the hijacking as, the original discussion is still in the throw, perhaps you should add to the thread something constructive before throwing your teddy out of the pram :rolleyes:

oh my god what the hells been going on on my thread while ive been out,
Thank you to the people that answered my original question, i know it may have sounded like i was on a witch hunt but thats not the case, i have given my ex so many chances to sort this out but he throws it back in my face every time, and now its come to this, and yes i do want them to take his car away so that the debt gets paid off then its done and dusted, if the baliffs have no luck with it then theres a chance that he will either have his licence taken away or be sent to prison, which is NOT what i want,

Do you mind if I ask what car it is? If it is something fancy I'm surprised he would leave it on a car park all day, I hope it gets resolved in your and everyone's favour x
