Well it was a debate in my eyes, I learn the other party's train of thought and try and express mine, if the OP, picks up tips to adopt into their own situation and use it to success with their own episode then it is all worth it at the end of the day :A0 -
You didn't give her any tips that's the whole point.Well it was a debate in my eyes, I learn the other party's train of thought and try and express mine, if the OP, picks up tips to adopt into their own situation and use it to success with their own episode then it is all worth it at the end of the day :AI made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!0 -
The CSA can check who has legal ownership of the car with the DVLA. If they can prove it belongs to the NRP then car can be clamped. Sometimes when NRP decides that they want to cut contact and therefore themselves out of the lives of their own children, force and twisting the knife is the only language that they understand which reminds them that they have a legal AND moral duty to the children they helped to bring into this world. By not paying when they should they themselves are twisting the knife. This applies to NRPs like my ex who only responds when he is in court being faced with jail.0

Well from what i recall I did mention about not channelling too much energy into getting some extra ££s , what if her ex was like me and decided to pay up and not have contact instead? Would that be worth it , if she has the best interest of the child at heart?
I'm not saying she should give up, just to do it for the right reasons and the right reasons only :A0 -
So a pwc should do nothing in fear of a NRP walking away and giving up their child. I'm sure there's blackmail somewhere in there.Well from what i recall I did mention about not channelling too much energy into getting some extra ££s , what if her ex was like me and decided to pay up and not have contact instead?
