Who said anything about anyone being inferior? seems your just making things up as you go along.??? My cage is not rattled, you asked the question and I answered, and simply asked you the same question, it is obvious in life that there is more than one way to achieve things, and just because somebody does not share your beliefs does not make them inferior to you
Ruby has told you she has tried various ways to get her NRP to support their child, but he has avoided every way he possibly can. She has no other option than to get the baliffs involved. So all the methods you think are available well they didn't work for her, what do you expect her to do now, walk away struggle and get on with it.I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!0 -

yes she has tried various ways, but short sighted you, does not realise if he could easily pay then he would and would not be holding out for the baliffs etc, OR that if he is given an option to contribute of his own accord then he may, we do not know , the child is not starving to death so the contribution in many cases are not as essential as some would like to think. What is being made up? What did people do before the csa? It seems you are promoting trying to possibly get blood out of a stone. :rotfl:0 -
Many nrp think the likes of the CSA will just disappear sadly many nrp are mistaken. You bring a child into the world then by god you help bring that child up emotionally and financially. Ruby will get something one day, it's not a case of getting blood from a stone. The minute the CSA got in contact with the nrp he is liable and that liability carries on, with a bit of luck Ruby should get what she is entitled to.yes she has tried various ways, but short sighted you, does not realise if he could easily pay then he would and would not be holding out for the baliffs etc, OR that if he is given an option to contribute of his own accord then he may, we do not know , the child is not starving to death so the contribution in many cases are not as essential as some would like to think. How do you know many NRP think that of the csa? I know plenty of cases personally where it has backfired on vindictive PWCs, and the law states the nrp should contribute financially , the emotional bit is not law
sadly for you

What true colours? It is fact it is not law and that is what burns some of you more than anything

True colous that you are a nasty, vile person who tries to mock any pwc, at the end of the day the pwc will generally have the last laugh. What true colours? It is fact it is not law and that is what burns some of you more than anything

The only one being nasty and vile is you, I am a NRP I pay my contribution , so I have nothing to feel guilty about, now that the PWC has opened a case and the spite didn't work there is nothing else to try, so it doesn't look like they are getting the last laugh, it's not about having a laugh is it, life is more serious than that , as said in an earlier post, Im not into the witch hunting process but agree the nrp above should contribute.
you hear the stories of oh, the nrp will regret and miss out, but reality is some don't , some don't have time to be fighting. Itseems you get your kicks from learning that someone 'may' be suffering ;)l0 -
You should feel shame that you think it's alright just to contribute to your child and have no emotional attachment with that child, every week, every month a pwc gets money for their child is a victory.

Some men really don't give a dam they sow their seeds and walk off not caring about anything.
If you are suffering i am glad. It might give you some insight into what your child will feel in time.I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!0 -

Why should I feel shame? Is that breaking the law?
I'm not suffering at all, I said that is a line that gets posted often enough. .
As long as the child grows to learn having children is not just about getting maintainence and a house off the sate then she has learned from the episode, this is the 21st century and it's about equal rights, if the situation is not equal or close to that then one party walks away and easily :T0
