Hi have finally got the LO and been told the first course of action will be to send the baliffs to my exs house, they only thing is my ex really doesnt have anything of value except his car which he parks in the local pubs carpark during the week while hes working away, so i was wondering if i told them where it was would they be able to take it?

So they take his car, he cannot goto work and then has even less money, then what? sounds like flogging a dead horse to me :$0

he has a work van. so if the baliffs cant get anything from him he could either be sent to prison or lose his driving licence in which case he would lose his job0

So how does that benefit the child(ren)? They are not starving to death, so why turn the split into a battle?
Sometimes you have to learn when to stop twisting the knife

I don't need to know, but can sort of feel why he ran off with the fit young model, if you are only going to keep twisting the knife and even do the baliff's work for them, it's not about feeding and clothing the children, it seems it's about being vindictive :rolleyes:0 -
supect the baliffs will not be able to clamp there as it's private land (unless they get permission from the pub owners)Ex forum ambassador

It is sensible, there is nothing to be proud of about what you are doing, in fact it is next to disgraceful, there are many parents with care that do the right thing, if you are donating all this energy to hounding the ex, then you cannot be applying your best to be the best mum for your offspring, I think I'm going to park my car elsewhere just incase the baliff's take it :rolleyes:0 -
so basically your calling me a bad mum because i want what my daughter is entitled to, at the end of the day there is a reason its got to this stage and thats because my ex wont help to support his daughter yet still expects to see her, im the one who works my !!!! off to support her while he works and spends all his wages down the pub, and as for that comment about you parking your car elsewhere i take it you dont support your kid to then!0
