Hi everyone, I haven't posted on this thread for ages, mmm since the very begining (yikes) I did stop doing it for a while but have started again in the past few weeks.
I have two credit card debts that I want to PAD on. I have just paid £5.00 to.
Well done all on your PADs.OS Grocery Challenge
August £250/ £103.44 left0 -
Hi there, may I join in? I have some credit card debts that are actually outwith my DMP (i know, i know) and would like to get them paid off! I paid £2 to each today and hope to do so every day if not more, great idea!
Hi Maxine welcome to PAD of course you can join. You say you have paid £2 to each card can you put the total paid in bold and colour so that it can be added to the daily total.
You will soon be as mad as the rest of us :rotfl::rotfl:
Welcome back Hobsch I know the feeling I have not been able to PAD recently either and restarting in Aug but I suggest even if you cant PAD that you keep posting it helps to keep you motivated.

Morning all and hello to any newbies
Well as you can see I haven't gone to Scotland!!
Great total again for yesterday :T Looks like it's going to be the biggest monthly total so far this year I can see your grin from here DT:T
A little boy goes to his dad and asks, 'What is Politics?'
Dad says, 'Well son, let me try to explain it this way:
I am the head of the family, so call me The Prime Minister.
Your mother is the administrator of the money, so we call her the Government.
We are here to take care of your needs, so we will call you the People.
The nanny, we will consider her the Working Class.
And your baby brother, we will call him the Future.
Now think about that and see if it makes sense.'
So the little boy goes off to bed thinking about what Dad has said.
Later that night, he hears his baby brother crying, so he gets up to
check on him.
He finds that the baby has severely soiled his nappy.
So the little boy goes to his parent's room and finds his mother asleep.
Not wanting to wake her, he goes to the nanny's room. Finding the door
locked, he peeks in the keyhole and sees his father in bed with the
nanny.
He gives up and goes back to bed.
The next morning, the little boy says to his father, 'Dad, I think I
understand the concept of politics now. '
The father says, 'Good, son, tell me in your own words what you think
politics is all about.'
The little boy replies, 'The prime Minister is screwing the Working
Class while the Government is sound asleep. The People are being
ignored and the Future is in deep sh*t.'

That's a bit harsh when someone has to go and look for their hugs DTSorry you're having OH problems Green. Hope it's solveable
No PaD as yet, but if hubby doesn't sort money out today it's payday tomorrow anyway. Have just spent the last hour re-writing my budget out and am pleased to say i'm getting closer to being able to manage it all out of my salary. This means that when hubby has weeks of no pay it won't have such a huge impact. I'm pedalling fast as the baby is a great motivation to pay off as much as poss.
Will be back later not even had a shower yet!One step at a time0
