Thanks LondonAndy and Danko i rang head office after i got the letter, they accept that a mistake may have been made but either way they expect me to re pay the money with in 6months. I also spoke to a friend of mine who works in hr and she said they are well with in their rights BUT they should allow me to pay it back at a level i am comfortable with as it was their mistake. TBH i can't be bothered with the chew, i had a similar prob with a previous job and i tried to fight it but lost miserably. So i'm just gonna pay it when OH gets paid and forget it, then i can crack on with getting rid of this loan;)
OH gave me his change today too to chuck in the pad pot bless him so thats another 90p.
Congrats Twinkles wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy

I'm thinking about maybe BT'ing back to Bank Of Scotland as they will be charging 1% less than MBNA but I've just paid a £87 BT fee so I'll get hit with another if I BT back to BOS so I'm not sure what to do!
Oh yeah, the definetly hang onto our money for the interest greedy sods.
You'll have to sit down with the caluclator to work whether its worth BT again....I can't get any new cards so am getting totally stuffed now as all bar one of my cc promotional rates have expired:mad:TOBEDEBTFREE BY DEC 2012
