A Payment A Day Part 4

Hello everybody
Am taking a quick break from marking (boooooooring) to say hello to everyone on here, well done everyone on your pads!
Haven't bothered to go to the gym today but me and my friend did go out and play tennis on the courts after school had finished so that kinda makes up for it a bit. We were hamming it up with the screaming!
Hope you are all enjoying the sunshine, have a good evening all

£1.50 for me.
Two days until payday....come on....
Just caught up on posts - well done everyone on payments! :j:j
I spent last night listing on Music Magpie (thanks for the inspiration Flying Fresian!) so twenty quid coming in the not too distant.
Danko - yep, plan is to camp out in Wimbledon Park on Friday night in the queue for Saturday centre court tickets. I will need to be there 7pm / 8pm Friday with toasty sleeping bag (gonna ditch the tent idea as it's set to be 26 degrees) picnic and (lots of) beers. Apparently a bit like being in a festival atmospshere - lots of jolly folk, ball games and tennis talk. Hopefully I will get there early enough for Centre Court queue (500 tickets on the day) as Mr Murray (assuming he's still in) will be scheduled to play Saturday. Very exciting.
Danko - link for you and other tennis virgins!
Hope everyone's diets are going well. I've knocked off half a stone on the post teeth soup diet - but that was flab gained after stop smoking so back where I like to be. Teeth are all good today!
Re-hab (!) tonight for no smoking so will check back later.
LondonAThanks for the rough guide on the ol' game of tennis Andy! I'll have to get into it I think. I'm used to motorbikes and league egg chasing so it's all new! Sounds like you've got it aaaall planned out anyways - good luck with getting in there!
Well done on the weight loss! :T Will you be joining out WL mission? Not that you need it I'm sureHope the re-hab's going OKio!

Thought I'd update on the WI - 0.5lb off! Told the lady that I didn't want to know how I did, as I'd been a fat bloater, but then she said' Are you sure you don't want me to tell you you've lost half a lb????!!!!!' Could have kissed her, I was so pleased (except don't think my OH would approve)!NSD November 1/20 :money:

Hi
Am rejoining this challenge after a bit of a break. I did £2 today to credit cards and will have £1 come off my A&L card tomorrow.
I'm going to be trying as hard as I can to make a payment a day from now on.
Money is a bit tight at the moment as my main income is from Ebay and it's really slow at the moment, I also get CTC and Child Benefit which helps.
Am looking foward to seeing my debt come down.
Bye for now

Gotta go shopping for a brithday prezzie this morning, I was hoping to have been up dressed and away by now but my kiddie winkles gave us a little lie in so running a bit late!
Paul I noticed that your debt has fallen below the £47k mark...you must be pleased to have seen the numbers change!
pad for me to day is £18.45
Indeed Mary. I'm surprised anyone noticed. Each time the thousands go down a notch, it's another small milestone on the way to being debt free. I intend to have a little celebration when the first digit becomes a three. That may not be until next year though. After my holiday in August, I will have to focus on putting money into a separate account for my tax bill on Jan 31 2010. It has not yet been calculated but it will be significant - as will the july 31 2010 bill. When I get to that point, I will count the PADs into the taxman account but it is not in my debt list. Therefore I will have PADs going out that will not reduce my debt amount. The debts will probably be minimum payments only for 6 - 9 months once the summer holiday is over. However, the next tax payment on July 31st '09 still requires another £700 to be thrown at it.
Black clouds are gathering on the horizon and I'm struggling to see any silver linings. I will do some more door knocking soon to get that income up a little bit more.0 -

Seeya later xxHey macgirl!
Hope you enjoyed the gig? Sweaty gigs are usually the best ones! :rotfl:
I don't mind when people weigh in - I'm totalling any lbs from Monday to Sunday each week as it'll vary for everyone - so just let me know whenever for that week and I'll add awayBest of luck for Thursday if you're weighing in then!
Well it's another *1lb* off for me this week!Bloomin' right chuffed with that as I'm been a reet pig this last week! :rotfl: Celebrated with a takeaway curry (tandoori king prawn saagwala with a boiled rice and garlic naan bread) omnomnomnom. Right, need to be good for the rest of the week now!
