A Payment A Day Part 4
Comments

Have popped home to a letter saying after 18 months of serious letter writing and lots of waiting, MBNA have finally agreed to repay hubby's PPI plus compensation for the distress caused
FOS have outlined how they need to calculate the payments so we don't have an exact at the mo'. Anything is a bonus, especially with baby on the way and us needing to move!!
Yay for good news :j
Well done, Andy on your weightloss, although i suspect tooth extraction is a rather severe approach to a weightloss diet!!One step at a time0 -
That's great news Hopeful1!
Fingers crossed that it's a tidy little sum for you.
I'm waiting on a response from A&L (old loan) and Virgin ( One of my current CC's). I've also asked for a copy of paperwork from an old Sainsbury's loan, but I have a feeling I'll be waiting a long time for that one!! lol
Come on payday (Thursday). Then I can plan my payments for this monthFebruary wins: Theatre tickets0 -

You sound like you are well and truly in the PaD spirit already. I hope you enjoy being part of the PaD thread. It's a great place to be. Very friendly with lots of humour, support and a bit of madness to boot
Anyhoo, i really must get some report writing done :rolleyes:One step at a time0 -

I am well and truly into the spirit of all money saving / debt reducing ideas now.
Had my lightbulb moment a couple of weeks ago, and searched around this site and the forum for ideas, budgeting, planning etc and am feeling much more positive!
Thankfully, my OH's landlady has now agreed that I can move in with him, officially from 1st August 2009, which saves me over €400 per month!!!
So, July is still going to be tight, but everything should become much smoother after that and I can start chipping away at the debt with some force!! lol
Pay rise is effective from 1 Sep 09 and bonus will be paid out in October. I bet you can guess where all that spare cash is going, can't you?! Oh yes, reduce the debt, reduce the debt! lol
Have a good day all!February wins: Theatre tickets0 -
