Diet started
I started my diet yesterday, the first 2 weeks are the most gruelly.............veg and lean meat plus an eggie for breakie....................for 2 whole weeks. It was a bit yuck when I dished up the chips to my DD and OH but I resisted, even one. For those that are diet experts, the idea is you withdraw ALL foods except veg and lean meat, then you slowly introduce other foods to see what happens weight wise. For the techies, its all about sugar and the rate at which suger is released and broken down.
So Breakie was egg
Lunch Salad
Tea stirfry and fish (cos I hate veg!!!! Hehehe)
Today is much the sameno fruit, dairy or anything else
