Thanks to KIT603 and Jo_F for their kind words of support.. I know that I am never going to convince the doubters but when somebody comes out with completely unsubstantiated tosh when someone is asking for help and advice I feel that somebody needs to speak out against it. If only in the interest of giving a balanced point of view. It really is a shame that some people are really not happy unless they're upset about something. I could recommend a few self-development books to them but they probably wouldn't read them anyway.
An unwanted catalogue through your door is a minor intrusion compared to the true damage that dishonest and incompetent traders do to people's lives and finances every day. If people want to fight against someone why don't they fight against these people and let those of us who are providing a friendly, and reliable service to our customers get on with earning our honest buck.

Dan isn't my name by the way. Steam Dan is an anagram of my sirname (if you can call transposing 2 letters an anagram) but for the purposes of this forum I am happy to be called Dan.:D
