                    Hi,
Is anyone on here a Kleeneze rep? I'm new to this board - normally on DFW.
Just wondered if anyone has an experience/ hints / tips. Tried searching through the posts but couldn't see anything.
TIA

Well don't expect it to be easy to start it's far from it,it's hard work with little profit and quite a lot of outlay (money) to begin with untill you get a customer base
you have to build the business up from scratch and you will lose a lot of cataloges from people throwing them away and not leaving them outside when there due (the worst bit imo)
which you have to replace everytime.
Make sure you note where you have delivered cats to because it's very easy to forget where you have been which means more cost for you.
there is also cost of the use of kleeneze website £7.50 a month and delivery which you don't have to pay if you get orders over £200ish quid.
They change cats every few months so a bit more cost.
there are to be fair, plenty of reps who can help you out and give you good advise.
If you do start stick at it and take it step by step and don't get put off easy because it will get easyier so they kept telling me anyway,
i did do it but it wasn't for me im sure if you stick at and build it up kleeneze can be quite profitable but as i say it is a lot of hard work and quite a lot of cost to start with.
Try doing it with a mate or someone you can have a laugh with because sometimes you will be scratching your head thinking why am i doing this crap.
Getting people signed up is the easyiest way to earn money from kleeneze as you will get a small percentage of what they earn but you will have to have a enormous amount of people to earn anything decent depending on how many orders they get.
 Hope this helps a bit.0

The problem is the amount of internal competition from existing Kleeneze reps, around here anyway.
I looked at doing it about 4 years ago, I got as far as paying for the catalogues then changed my mind.
The van driver who collected my catalogues to return to Kleeneze told me that he regularly delivered and re-collected catalogues all round my area from disgruntled potential Kleeneze reps!
 A bit like MLM really.0

the trouble with Kleeneze is you don't get an exclusive round, unlike Betterware.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £19,575.020

Forget it, overpriced stuff that you can get cheaper in Wilko's0

I tried it earlier in the year - didn't work for us, as although we never get a catalogue the streets around us must get about 3 delivered every week from different distributors - so of course there was never many orders for us! Plus with the £7.50 a month charge for internet ordering and charges for delivery we just wouldn't have been able to break even let alone make any profit.
I'd suggest you do your research thoroughly first, check whether there are already lots of distributors in your area as if there are it will be difficult for you.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

They also unwelcome intrusion into peoples lives and despite having notices, I do not buy at the door, or occasionally leave the wretched catalogue full of over priced tat at the door not all of the collectors come back and thus have a soggy catalogue if left there for weeks
Kleeneze dont give a stuff about how many people deliver in ther area, they not the ones doing all the hard work
I'm a distributor and I have to admit that when I first started I didn't post through doors that specifically said "No catalogues" but I did post through doors that said no door-to-door sales or we do not purchase at the door because I consider that to mean Gas/Electric/Windows etc (and apparantly most of my customers do too because most of my customers have those stickers). However, a couple of months ago I got a woman (who had a no catalogue sign on her house) ask why she'd never had my brochure and ever since she's been one of my biggest customers.
What I tend to do is post my catalogue through with a slip saying i'm just starting in this area, if you don't want a catalogue fill in your address below and i'll take you off my list. That way I get most of my catalogues back, remain on amicable terms with the locals and don't tend to annoy people because i'm at least giving them the choice, which I then respect.
With regard to the distributors who don't collect their catalogues its usually because either:
 A) They've just started and already given up after listening to loads of people (who've never even tried it) tell them that its hard work that doesn't pay and then they become one of the people who say... "oh I did Kleeneze and got nothing from it" - well you won't do if you don't even collect your catalogues will you?! The slip said they'd come back Monday and it wasn't out so they knocked with no answer, and posted slips saying they'd come back, tried a few more times and still got nothing. I personally don't see why other people moan about there being loads of distributors in one area, if you're doing your job correctly it shouldn't matter! In my village there is me, my mother-in-law, a guy i've actually recruited and 2 people i don't know personally and I always get a good return.

I have been a Kleeneze distributor now for 8 weeks. There are 3 other people doing it in my area and I am still getting good orders and building a solid customer base. Kleeneze is by far the best MLM opportunity in my opinion. The bonus plan for reaching certain sales targets is excellent. They run some fantastic incentives to win places on International Conferences staying in 5 star hotels around the world and the support both from Kleeneze and from your upline is fantastic. There are regular training meetings in just about every area around the country and if you are serious about your Kleeneze business succeeding you will need to attend these and be prepared to learn new skills. Like any business, there is an initial investment that can be as low as £75 to start with 50 catalogs, and you will need to put a lot of hours, particularly in the early days, to build your business. I have a full time job and work until midnight every evening on my Kleeneze business, as well as 7 - 8 hours a day at the weekend. I am 100% committed to my business and I am aiming to quit my job in 2 years time and do Kleeneze full time and I am prepared to do whatever it takes to make this happen.0

            Kleezene=over priced
Dont be taking in with the spiel that distributions give you for making money, for many it does not work0

As a Kleeneze distributor myself I have to say that most of my customers have these signs on their doors. If I had ignored these signs I would not have half the number of customers I have now. If you don't want to receive the catalogue again then a simple polite note placed visibly in the plastic bag with the catalogue when you leave it on your doorstep will let that distributor know that you don't want to receive the catalogue from them again.
You may consider it to be "over-priced tat" but my customers would disagree with you as a large number of them buy from me every single month so are clearly happy with the value and quality of the products and the friendly personal service that I provide. Personal service is something that a lot people agree is missing when you buy from the large homecare stores whose only concern is the bottom line. When was the last time the checkout operative in Homebase sent you a christmas card? Or a card congratulating you on the birth of your child. Or a get well card when you are ill? Or a Thank You card for recommending them to a friend? Something I do for all my customers as I am genuinely interested in them.
As for people not coming back to collect the catalogue then feel free to throw it in the recycling bin if they haven't called back when they said they would. They are clearly not interested in providing the level of service that I aspire to.0

            Really
I make it my business not to be disturbed at home either by phone or cold calling/catalogues
I very much welcome cold calling and rubbish like this to be banned because many of you do not read the notice. I tried leaving catalogues on door it doesn't work, why because many of you give up because you are lied to about how much you will make, you are lied to that its your business, it is not your business as some of you say, you have no say in how much you charge goods or what goes in the catalogue
If people put notices at the door for no sales, then dont go its that simply. I dont want this rubbish, my home is my castle I dont want anyone selling me anything end of
PS I have an official sign from Trading standards not a home printed one.
Oh and I even contacted your company to ask for this rubbish to stop, they dont give a stuff because all they are interested in is getting as many people to sign up and sell in your areaAs a Kleeneze distributor myself I have to say that most of my customers have these signs on their doors.
