Anyone play much console/pc games?
What Games do you play?
Got a ps3/Xbox360?
Anyone into LAN gaming?
Do you buy preowned games?

PS3 & PC.
I usually play FPS type games on PC (mainly via steam or the bargain bucket) and a fair old mix on the console, most recently inFamous.

I've never been that much into LAN gaming, having got to know a few gamers personally I'm glad there's an internet between us

As for pre-owned games, console yes but PC a bit less certain. Mainly down to the uncertainty over re-using serials / keys etc.

I'm planning on buying inFamous but when i dont know, I think I want Killzone 2 first.

As for LAN games, you should definately try it mate. Get yourself an old copy of Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2, a few mates to play with laptops, and it turns into a huge strategy game like battleships.

I was thinking of Buying Preowned games until I found out that places like game give the person a paltry amount for the game (a third of what they sell it at) and then sell the game at a few pounds below the new price. And you have no idea if the game is second hand or tenth hand.

I play 360 mainly... online. For some reason I have just really got back into Test Drive Unlimited...?! I never really play LAN but can only really imagine it at uni or something...

im a die hard command and conquer fan

although i havmt bought red alert 3 yet:eek:

i tend to prefer the tiberium wars saga

Mainly xbox 360 but lately ive gotten into WOW, I still prefere xbox gaming, with a good game over xbox LIVE you can have some fun

I have a 360, best purchase I ever made! Don't really do much PC gaming as the old graphics card ain't that great, it ran Crysis on minimum settings but still lagged a bit.

I buy pre-owned games for the 360 yeah, don't like payin 40 quid for them!

Recently been playin Half Life 2 + Episode 1 & 2, Bioshock, Fallout 3 (massive fan of that), Guitar Hero World Tour. Really want Prototype & Modern Warfare 2!

Used to play Age of Empires over LAN years ago, nothing recently though.

Bowling_4_Gold i checked that test drive unlimited on gamespot. looks like a fun game.
LAN games are great for playing mates if youve both got a pc on the same network. Its got the advantage of not looking at the same screen and being in the same room makes an atmosphere you just cant get online

Red Alert 3 is terrible! Dont buy it. Tiberium Wars has nothing on Red Alert. I even prefer Dune2000 (another westwood studios game) to The tiberium games. But theyre still decent.

I'm glad to hear Killzone 2 is the dogs proverbials. I'm hoping to get it soon as possible.

I'll be buying Modern Warfare 2 myself. Loved modern warfare sooooo much. The P90 was the best. If your into War games check out Operation Flashpoint:Dragon Rising. They have developed new warfare mechanics that is supposed to kill CODs system. So itll definately be interesting. Prototype has great potential, as does borderlands so check that when it comes out.

I loved Fallout 3 aswell. I could blow the head from a super mutant at 400 yards.

WOW and games like it have great potential buy people are paying more than they should for game that cant stand up to console games. The systems in place are repetitive and boring to me.I'm refering to MMORPGs as a whole not just wow. WOW is the best of the bunch though.
