if you chose to have your hair cut 4 times a year then thats fine. Its not my choice and i could not go that long with out a hair cut yuck. i dont need a lbm as its only 2200 and i have no other debt

What the light bulb moment would tell you is that in HAVING debt, you have spent beyond what you have earned.

You have spent 2200 that you havent earned, and its getting bigger every day due to interest charges.

I would also say, why not for example have one month on, one month off for clothes.

Im sure you dont NEED 50.00 per month, thats needing new items every single month.

So if you dont spend on any clothees this month you will have an extra 50.00 to pay off your debt.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

But Laura you cant spare it can you. You come for help and others are trying to help you one way is cutting down or get more income. You have to live unfortunately within your means otherwise you will get into a lot of debt. One way is finding better deals and cut down on things.

I love to have £100 a month to spend on things let alone a haircut but I cant unless I improve my income or get into debt

I was in debt some years ago, not by much in today standards. It took me 5 years to clear my debt doing card switching, I am always looks for best deals too. I didnt get any help I did it all myself, but its such a nice feeling being debt free.

Only debt I have is the mortgage now

I am sorry if I come across in sensitive it isnt my intention I just think you are over reacting, I apologise if I come across in sensitive, I been ill all day with a rotten migraine

Do you know me ? No
do you know what i do for a living ? NO

As i get a clothes allowance for work its not enought to cover what i buy thats why i pay an extra 50.00

Is there a cheaper hair salon you could try?

I agree about needing it cut more than 4 times a year, mine needs cutting every 5-6 weeks or I look awful. I only pay £13 though, I'm a cheapksate - I get a dry cut (they spray it with water first), then go home with it wet :rotfl:

The virgin credit card seems to be top of the lists at the moment - it's 0% interest for 16 months, so with a 3% (ish, I can't remember) transfer fee that's a lot cheaper than paying interest.

Laura you come across as others have said as sensitive and easily offended when offence was not the intention
