Unlike others I have a mac, but as in other cases couponnet stopped working for me 5 days ago.I have a Mac too, and am having probs that I can't fix. I have emailed Couponnet but am doubtful they'll have the courtesy to reply as they never have in the past.
Recently, like everyone else, Couponnet stopped working normally & said I hadn't got the couponprinter software installed, and told me to do it again. I did, & it appeared to install fine.
Now, when I try to print from Couponnet's own site directly it tells me:
"We're sorry...
We encountered an error processing your request. We apologise for any inconvenience. Please come back and try again in a few minutes."
That's been going on for days, tho, not "minutes"
Oddly, when I try to print from other sites powered by couponnet eg. Carlsberg and Pepsi Raw, I get a different message telling me to check to "Please check your printer settings".
Their example instructions only show Windows, which is a fat lot of use to Mac users.
I did find the Printer Settings ok on Mac OS, but see nothing in them resembling a property to [not] "keep printed documents" to which the couponnet message refers and suggests is the issue.
So any more Mac users out there, I have the same questions as ilikepointsilikepoints wrote: »I'm reasonably technically able when pointed in the right direction - can anyone advise what i should be doing on my mac to try to fix the issue0 -

Woo Hoo...new laptop working...not completely straightforward but eventually worked...panicked when read post from heather_10 on main thread saying it had recognised her IP address....clicked the 3 mocs I wanted and clicked PRINT...and it went through each one and printed them and then did them all again...was determined not to print more than 1 copy of any of their mocs ever again , but couldn't stop it...and even scarier, when I log on to the site , all still available to print again....do you think they are testing me? Adamant I'm not falling into any trap they may have laid.....was this what happened for anyone else when they got back on?Did you get 2 of each? Have never clicked more than 1 box at a time before so no idea if checking 3 boxes does print 2 of each if it is allowed.....have always checked 1 box ..printed and then clicked back and hopefuly got another of same moc, then checked another box and so on...HELP!0

Me too.. I haven't been able to do much couponning the past couple of weeks [urgent stuff to deal with] but tried printing again today, and.....:eek:
The message I'm getting is "your printer is not supported" and instructions on how to make my [sole] printer my default..... And I've tried Mac translations of anything else that might help - including turning the dratted computer off and then on again....:D
Email to the Couponnet techies duly sent. In the meantime, thank God for PDFs...

I can do the Mac translation of checking what your default printer isYou open;
Applications > Utilities > Printer Setup Utility;
and it'll show your default print in bold (which, like mine, should just be your sole printer). That doesn't help much with their other unhelpful ambiguous instructions though.0 -
I have a slightly different error on my Mac - is won't even recognise that the couponnet plug-in is installed. I.e. it won't even attempt to print due to the lack of plug-in (even though it is installed and in the same place as always).0
