Beeny: "Are you involved?"
Mum: "No, Natasha has the sole responsibility"

Informative to hear from the experts mouth, that "when interest rates go up there will be plenty of people unable to keep their house, leading to large number of properties coming to market and forcing prices down further."
A lot of people seem to listen to Sarah (rather than just drool), so maybe some of the hype of recovery will ease...0 -

They just showed it - yes, GracieP's link is the right one: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-12017463.html
Their estimate: £475k
Agents: asking £450k, £440k, £430k. Average £440k
As well as GracieP's link for £439,950, it's also listed with this agent:
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-22983383.html
It has been reduced from £455,000 to a comedy £425,000 [meaning a £15k loss].
Been listed since September 08, still no takers yet. One for my bookmarks...poppy100 -
