Natasha jacked in her job as an EA to develop full-time

    Uninspiring bungalow with 200' garden.

    10 week deadline.

Bought for £330k. "Mum and I sold the family home last year and moved ourselves into rented last year ..."

Mum: "I like to be behind her in whatever she wants to do"
    Beeny: "Are you involved?"
Mum: "No, Natasha has the sole responsibility"
Natasha: "I've been watching you on the telly since I was 14 and decided that's what I wanted to do"
Classic stuff. It was worth watching just for this bit. :rotfl:

Unfortunately after bankrolling her daughter's catastrophic forays into the property market she has no money left for a face transplant

Informative to hear from the experts mouth, that "when interest rates go up there will be plenty of people unable to keep their house, leading to large number of properties coming to market and forcing prices down further."

A lot of people seem to listen to Sarah (rather than just drool), so maybe some of the hype of recovery will ease...

Thanks for the 'executive summaries' PasturesNew, I was only half paying attention when I was watching the program - sounds like there was some major pwnage, I'll have to watch it again online.

"I believe that the house I have created is better than I anticipated ... £475k should be achievable."

They just showed it - yes, GracieP's link is the right one: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-12017463.html

    Their estimate: £475k
    Agents: asking £450k, £440k, £430k. Average £440k

As well as GracieP's link for £439,950, it's also listed with this agent:

    http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-22983383.html

It has been reduced from £455,000 to a comedy £425,000 [meaning a £15k loss].

Been listed since September 08, still no takers yet. One for my bookmarks...
