This is the first one i've watched of this series. They're still just as stupid as ever though! Why on earth would you pay £20k for stairs when you were going to pay £4k! Madness!
They still don't listen to her do they? I'd be so frustrated if I were Sarah, I hate people ignoring me!! :rotfl::heart: Think happy & you'll be happy

Ooooh that bathroom was gorgeous...
They really should have done that with the gates, I wouldn't buy that house, as gorgeous as it is because I wouldn't feel very safe walking down that dodgy alleyway, whereas electric gates would have made it feel a lot safer. Think happy & you'll be happy

Beeny: "It will appeal to a niche market"
She plans to keep the thick cell door.

Beeny thinks it should be a £60k budget.

She was just crazy. Gave up her job, used up her savings, doing the development for profit but ignored Beeny, and fell in love with the house.
Goes off on something like a 600 mile round-trip in her old beat-up Mondeo to go buy an old gaol cell door for the dungeon... which she had to re-dig out herself.
Hard-worker on the physical side... but instead of spending more on labourers and help, narrow-minded about sticking to her budget so she turned it from a 6 month job to something like 18 months... with values falling over that time in the market.
Her solution.. not going to sell... make it a holiday let.0
