large halls ARE usefull if you are having a party..or going to one. Halls are less likely, for example to be overheated.

Wasn't much of an update from the care home. Total repeat then we get one sentence, " Can't sell so moved in". Translation: " Avoid CGT".

I have two words to say to Beeny, Pickles and all the wannabee developers.

    "Projected profit".

Doesn't mean diddly in a falling market.

I can't believe I watched all of that just to get a couple of sentences, which I knew being snakes etc, it would be anyway.
AND I could have come on here and just read Pastures rather flippant repeatings. (erm, I don't mean that in a bad way Pastures)
I remember saying it last time this was on, I can't stand that blonde woman, face like she sucked a lemon when SB asked her if £90k was enough profit for 6 months work. I would have given a decent bottle of wine to have seen her face after the actual profit :D
£12k before expenses........ after a year on the market.

The other one DID look like a care home, I remember that from before as well. Still haven't sold it somehow...... GCT my ars* some big trees down the sides to hide the hideousness of it, would be a good start.
