Sami, I'm going to try my hardest to do it every three hours like they recommend. Next time is 1am.. Just setting my phone alarm now.

I think it started to go downhill when I stopped using my TT hand pump. One of the nurses had a go at me cos I was using the microwave to sterilise it but she said I shouldn't due to cross contamination.. I didn't realise Since then, I've had to use the electric pumps in the Dairy but I really hate it.

With the hand pump I could do it in our room and have my whole top off and just relax when doing it. When in the Dairy, there are two chairs behind a curtain and the folding screens have now been taken away so if there are two of you in there, you're about a metre away from each other. I'm not embarrassed by my body at all - would happily go topless on the beach before now - but I just cringe at the thought of expressing in front of anyone else but OH so I'm tense all the time I'm in there, thinking someone is about to walk in on me. Didn't help yesterday when a woman who it clearly didn't bother plonked herself in the next chair to me and proceeded to watch me!! :eek: I thought as she'd quite obviously noticed me there I would make conversation but instead of eye contact she was going for her eyes focused on my boobs so I stopped early and got out of there

Also not helping is the amount of milk some women have already stored in the fridge/freezer. Our nurse pointed out that their babies might not actually be feeding or having as much (much?!! 12ml an hour?!!!) as Rhys but that didnt' help me much..
