God, am I the early bird this morning??

I have grand plans for today. I'm not leaving the house, I am cleaning and sorting. My best mate and I are doing a car boot next sunday to make some room for bubs so I have to box and bag everything I want to take. I'm going to give it all one week on ebay then take it up there and try to sell it that way.

So that is my two main jobs, whilst resting in between I want to have another look at some new paint cards I got to decide on a room colour and read a few more pages of my name book to try and get some ideas:rolleyes:.

Also want to ring littlewoods. I rang before ordering a pink bath support last week to make sure there was nothing on it that showed or said pink as it was being sent to my mums and she wanted it to be a surprise. The woman assured me that it would arrive in a brown plain box and the only thing on outside would be name and address. Well anyway, it turned up at mums yesterday and it said PINK in bl00dy great big letters on the top of the box:eek:. Mums really upset and I am fuming. If they had said that it was there I would have ordered something else. So I'm going to ring them and give them what for

First though, I'm going to have a cuppa and read the paper:o

    Morning all!

    Any overnight evictions?

I've been up most of the night, just couldn't sleep and now feeling like !!! but still can't sleep. I put on a shirt my mother gave me though, and it looks like a very fashionable short maternity dress so I am quite pleased.

Our little old cat's poorly as well :( He has polycystic kidneys and is drinking lots more water than normal then puking. I complain about him a lot but I do like him. When I got up in the middle of the night he wasn't in the bed with us, and I was sure he'd gone off hiding somewhere being really ill. So I wandered about (in the dark) searching for him. Couldn't see him, but I kept hearing this little scritching noise behind me ... and whenever I turned around there was nothing there. Eventually I started walking backwards, and the little swine was hunting me!

Fun things to accomplish this weekend:

Get OH to pull out the other box of baby clothes (we need to find this dog suit)
Get him to sort through the boxes in the living room (keep or throw away?)
He can go at the storage trunk with bleach while I put the keeping stuff away
    Laundry
    List anything else for sale
Catch up on the four email things I need to do
He's going to fix the computers
Clean the living room if we get that far
Research replacing the shelf in the storage trunk
Further hunting a place to store the pinball machines so I can nest a nursery
    Buy milk

    Three gifts left to buy

harley - how annoying! and once it's out of the bag, that's it - can't put it back in!

We were going to do lawn work this weekend, but I'm thinking it will be more inside stuff instead! Can't mow and trim stuff outside in the rain!

I know Triggles. I had done such a good job of hiding it as well. Calling her it, him and her in cycles. She really thought I didn't know either and was actually quite impressed that I had managed to keep it a secret for a month. She is a bit more ok about it this morning. She has just rung to see how I am and to say that she thought of a couple of names in the middle of the night but now can only remember one of them...Victoria, so I've added that to my list. Hopefully she will ring back with the other one when she remembers. But I'm going to keep the name a secret from her so at least she has something to 'look forward to'

I managed to cut the lawn yesterday but I have some plants to put in that dad brought me last weekend but I'm not doing that in the rain either. Thankfully the rain has watered in the feed, weed and mosskiller he put down last sunday, I don't think my halfhearted watering can efforts were really doing a lot of good. Hadn't realised how heavy water is!!!

harley - well, it's good that she's taking it well now. Victoria is a nice name - one of the ones we were looking at as well, although since we're having a boy, obviously we won't be using it! LOL

  • Elle if you want to keep Rhys BF but waiting for your supply to catch up with him I don't mind expressing some (of mine obviously!) for him until you get either your supply up or change him onto formula. If thats a bit too hippy an idea for you then feel free to ignore it.

No shouting, just a bit short with each other. After he txt to say he'd come back to do the cares, I replied with "oh thanks". When he asked what I meant, I replied with something like "For making me feel !!!!!! that I didn't come back to look after him like Daddy did" and his response was "Oh, I didn't mean it like that.. Stupid Daddy :(" then he txt again to say he loved me and Rhys..

He's still acting miffed with me.. been like it for days.. Still don't know for sure what it is but I don't think me not being able to express enough is helping :(

You need to relax. Expressing isn't the bee all and end all. There are a few pros to formula, they just don't talk about it much.

It's a tough time so don't feel bad about little domsestics, in a few months you will look back and forget all about all the stress.

DS1 has kickboxing at 12pm, I have a little housework to do and their is a car boot sale and sausage sizzle on at the church opposite.
