Problem with my contract phone, what options have I got

if the phone is faulty just take it to the shop and they will sort it out for you!

i think you just want the n70 and looking for an excuse!

There have been a number of suggestions as to what you can do, but there is a difference between money saving and expecting something for nothing.

It's under warranty so it will be FREE to get it repaired.

Exactly why would they give you a new phone/let you off paying and all the other ideas you had?

Take it in, wait 5 days or however long it takes, and be happy that your phone is working again

Hope thats of some use. I'm fairly sure a few CarphoneWarehouses have them too. Normally the first point of call is the retailer you bought the phone from (not the network).


I personally have used Fleet Communications a few times, who have been very helpful.

We have all contributed to this post with all possible options but unfortunatley for you 02 wont hand you a free N70 6 months into your contract, so not sure what you want to hear :wall:
