Every 5-6 days for our bed, depending how much action they've seen. They'd walk out of the room by themselves after 2 weeks.

Every week-10 days for the children.

People with a stpid size bed will know what an emotional experience changing the duvet cover is...especially when you are only 5ft tall

I also have a superking size, I know just what you mean. I get DH or DD to help;)

A few years ago when DH was away with work for 6 months, we had just (stupidly) bought a superking size bed...I told my Nan that I was only going to change the sheets 6 times while he was away.....

1 week on the left hand side
1 week on the right hand side
1 week other side of the bed
    1 week the place next.

i have a 6' wide by 7.5' long bed (OH rather tall) change the bed every 2-3 weeks and turn the mattress every 3 months and i find it sometimes is easier to do this on my own and i'm only 5'2''
 while i knit i think

Once a week/every 10 days for the bottom sheet; once a fortnight for the duvet cover.

Clean sheets, when you've showered and shaved your legs is the best feeling ever! Every week for me, on a Friday, my son's, my daughters' and our king size bed, and I agree it's ever so hard changing a duvet when you're short, five foot four and half!
