Scotland - what is it like, compared to England!
It strikes me that this question probably would never be asked in reverse ie. a Scots person moving to England.0 -

I live near Clydebank, my best friend comes from there
Clydebank is ok, you get good and bad bits, there are really nice areas round about it.
I could take you and show you all the best pubs :T:rotfl:
I dont really think there is much difference between England and Scotland, the general day to day rules arent that different

I do listen to a great deal of radio phone ins, and there is defiantly a "type" from Glasgow, almost like slightly watered down versions of George Galaway , all full of anger and rage, very socialist. Horrible backwards men. Yuk yuk yuk!0

Orcadian accents stumped me for a while, and Shetland ones still do sometimes. I like Inverness accents as they are defined but not hard to understand. Western Isles accents are melodic in a strange way!
Scottish weather can be bad but because many parts of Scotland are so beautiful (and even if you live somewhere not so nice its never far to a nicer view) it is amazing in nice weather.
This said I am sure there are many lovely places in England that I hev yet to visit.
Pardon?.............There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.
It's for the many and not the few. Be sure it's out there looking for you.
In every town, in every state. In every house and every gate.
Wth every precious smile you make. And every act of kindness.
