I understand that people are reluctant to take a-d but in my case once I found a brand that worked they made a massive difference. Prozac and Seroxat and ones like that were useless - Mirtazapine worked well tho which is a more unusual one. Having experienced life without them versus life with in my case I would be stupid not to take them - I appreciate that isn't going to be the case for everyone. My OH is very grateful I am on them LOL

With regard to selling stuff - go for it. Is there anyone that would help you get to the boot sale if the car is repossessed? In my area - you get most things back from freecycle if you need to - like tvs, stereos etc

With the car - is there anyway to stop the repossession? Can your parents help out at all?

I wont ask my parents for any more help, they already lent me money before to clear my own personal debts, and its not their responsibility to clear DH. Now some might see that as a pride thing, and part of it is, but they have done enough for us over the past 2 years, paying for the wedding, helping us out with the puppy, and the money they lent me, which they will ONE DAY get back, but I just refuse to go down that route....

I just need action, a proactive approach to it all, and its like now hes just avoiding talking to me about it, and has wandered off to shave for work tomorrow! Like thats really the priority right now!!!!

You seem to be stuck in a very negative cycle at the moment CAFC and you are going to have to let someone help you. If you read through all your responses from the last few pages you will see what I mean.

I am not trying to be harsh but you are going to have to let someone help you - be it the gp, your parents etc. I am worried you are spiralling into a very low ebb and are not taking on board some of the advice.

Is there anyone you can chat to?

CMD - I have to agree with you, CAFC I am worried about you, your posts sound so "depressed", sorry I couldn't think of a better work. I am worried you are taking on all these issues and not getting the support you need.

I am not having a go at your OH I don't know him so can't judge him but I get the feeling he is just burying his head in the sand. This needs to be dealt with together, you alone can not solve this.

Thanks Doodles. The last thing I want to do is sound harsh or unfeeling but while car boots and Ebay are brill, sometime more concrete has to be done about the debt and about the threat of repossession. It doesn't seem fair that you are shouldering all this worry CAFC when 20% of the debt is yours.

Sorry i dont mean to make jokes....

Its a serious situation we're in and perhaps i am just going to have to be his mother for a short period of time and take away his access to everything, i mean if he wants to behave like a ruddy child, i can treat him like one......
