yeah mine is just bits and pieces really, few shoes, some clothes, curtains, an easel LOL... and then things..... DH was a while back mentionning selling his xbox, which I may have to get him to think about again.....just fearful of getting stung on the postage and packing side of things....

Hi CAFCgirl - great news that OH has an interview already - hopefully this will just be a storm in a tea cup and you will end up better off!

I can't offer any advice re ebay as to my shame I still haven't sold anything on there....

I would try to apply for a few more jobs though - then it feels less pressured when you do get an interview as if you don't get that one - you still have others to fall back on

Oh yeah definitely... it was just a relief that the application was satisfactory.... rather than lots of applications and not getting anywhere.....
DH has sent another 4 applications so far, and seen another one today.....

the salary for this other job tho is 16k so he'd almost be on what im on, and so we could use one salary completely for household bills and the other for debts and get them paid them down

    Good day all

Hope everyone is having a good weeked, just been working through another application which is now completed so that'll get posted off this week.
Going to be raiding the cupboards to find what I can eat for lunches this week, need to be very good with spending money now if we're going to a. get through the month's payments and b. have any money to do anything whilst in NYC!!!

All the best with the applications hope things pick up for you!

I've seen an improvement in the job market recently so perhaps business confidence is picking up again? Here's hoping...
