That is perfectly acceptable, as long as you declare on MSE how much money you have wasted on said magnum.....
.....although, if you have an ironing pile THAT big, you have offset the cost of the magnum by the lack of electricity used by the iron.
It's no wonder I am skint is it, really, if I can justify everything so easily :rotfl:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

Hi hypno06
I think I have the same problem as you. We have on paper enough money each month to break even and save a bit but we always end up 5 days short of the end of the month. We have no access to overdrafts or credit cards or anything so end up unable to buy anything and cheques bouncing and stuff. We are sure we have been frugal but I expect somewhere we have some "magnums" lurking.
I will watch your diary with interest and maybe it will inspire me. I am sick to death of trying to make meals out of next to nothing and not being able to buy anything fresh from the 25th onwards!!!!
Well done.

It is as a reward for having done so much AQA work today and making sure you can break even in June........:T
I have tidied DS (who is 13) room  Kim & Aggie eat your heart out......so as a reward, I took advantage of the "3 kitkat chunky for £1" offer in the village shop.
I must try harder.....thank goodness today is still May - I really am going to have to get my head round this starting from tomorrow!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
