PS I am still spending money on chocolate - but I am a chocaholic!

At my worst I was a "carrier bag full a day" girl.......:o

It has been my best friend and my worst enemy in the past! We have a love/hate relationship

Not quite at that level but there were days (even last week) when 900 of my calories per day could have come from chocolate. Today it was only 99 so that was pretty fab but did have a pack of crisps and a can of sprite today so still about 360 calories of junk:eek:! But an improvement;)

Were you not into marathons and things then (or only of the chocolate variety)? Sounds yummy

Yes, I used to run home from work at the end of the shift.......! 5 miles to try and offset some of the Rolos, Yorkies and Caramacs I had scoffed :o

And now you've made me hungry!

My spending diary isn't looking good....so much money spent and although most of it is necessary I can't believe I NEED to spend that much!

And that is where I need to do some real work - do I really need to spend that, or am I just conveniently telling myself it is a necessity? My shopping bill tonight will come in at just about £80 - despite going through it with OH to see what we could cut out.

But £80 is still a lot of money, so surely there must be more that we could do

I really am determined to sort this out over the coming weeks/months!

Yip, that's so me...surely I can do 'life' cheaper! I can't change the dogs food due to allergies but I could maybe reduce feeding my children....is three times a day strictly necessary :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

You saved me a fiver last night....I really fancied a glass of wine but thought of my spending diary and didn't go and buy a bottle. You'll be claiming half of everything I save if this keeps up! Have a good 'very little spending' day xx

Just spent £2+ on flapjacks as the canteen was shut - didn't fancy a dried up sarnie from the shop. That has scuppered my spending and my diet diary!
