Where I have an issue with PB and high street vouchers is that, no matter how many you order, you are charged the same "extra" 150 points for each voucher, as a profit margin and posting and handling charge, I presume.

I have asked PB previously to consider reducing this charge for multiple orders. I now have 9830 points. Soon be enough for £100-worth of vouchers, you would think. But in fact, £100-worth of vouchers costs 115000 points - a charge of £15, or 15%. A bit pricey, if you ask me!!

I've not ordered multiples, and have my brain off, so this hadn't really occurred to me... but I agree it would be nice if the system could follow the model of Ebay sellers who discount postage for multiple purchases rather than concert venues that have to send each ticket in a seperate recorded (and charged for) envelope...

I expect it is a lot easier to have a flat rate for each reward, but perhaps PB could implement a system where you get a rebate if you order several at a time.

It's been a good week for me too - unexpected clickthroughs and I'm now on the egg trail after a false start ;) so I was singing the joys to someone yesterday and suggesting they sign up :D

Just out of curiosity - what proportion of people like to do the crossword? Me and a few racers at midnight or are there others who do it still for fun?

    Hi there,
Hope this is the right thread for this question. Hands up who has won 1000 points (or more?), and is that why some people have ENORMOUS balances?
    Yours curiously, rhm

In defense of Pigsback, i've had to e-mail them on several occasions & have always recieved a fast response, all my queries have been dealt with professionally & quickly, and I think Pigsback & the team behind it are awesome, no other site that i'm aware of has been close.
I have to agree with you when ever I send a email it always gets answered and any problems sorted which I can say doesn't happen often enough with some companies.
In answer to the question on updates on weekends I am sure that there is.

A friend tried to get his CDWOW vouchers. Its the first time they have tried to make a claim. But they do not have a mobile phone, so cannot get the confirmation code.

    What do they do??

    TIA
