Seems like Pigsback dont seem to care about Customer Service with Darragh running what often seems a '1 man band customer service dept'. When people use thier click throughs to purchase products they dont expect problems! When they do they should at least expect a response to their emails. I have never had this problem of being ignored by Customer Service at Quidco or Mutualpoints... :mad:
