I had that problem for a bit. I found the only way to get around it was to get him to go to the e-mail they sent him when he registered and follow the link from there. But then after a bit just logging out and back in started working for some reason...

Ah i now know what your all talking about!

My fones a samsung E700 and not listed so I have mailed to ask for help with settings and will keep fingers X'd!
