Hi can anyone help me?

I purchased a Piggy Bank on the 27/2/2006 but I have yet to receive it! This is the second email I have sent to pigsback but i still havent had a reply?

Also my partner joined pigsback, and he purchased his first reward at the start of February but I have not received the 100 referral points? How long does it take for these points to appear in your piggy bank?

Any help with these enquiries would be much appreciated.

It must be very annoying for you, especially since it's points for a purchase that you haven't received. Why not try phoning them if you're not getting any luck with emails? I think there's a number for them on the first page.

Like a lot of other people here, I've been quite lucky with my email queries to PB -- apart from a couple very very early on, they always get answered within 24 hours -ish. (Whether it's a sensible answer they come out with is a different matter, but at least you get some sort of response! )

And, changing the subject: wonder if we'll get Easter eggs during the weekend as well? I know T&Cs say it's every day, but bearing in mind the similar promotions we've had in the past, such as the Advent calendar, I'm not sure if the egg hunt will get updated tomorrow and Sunday. Oh well, we'll wait and see. Fingers crossed

All I can really say is keep emailing them. Maybe they're a bit understaffed at the moment with Darragh not there...

I think it took me quite a while to get the 100 referral points, but I'm pretty sure it was less than 2 months! :eek:

My friend ordered a voucher yesterday and 100 referral piggy points were in my piggy Bank this morning
