sent special delivery, not delivered who is at fault

    it has been escalated to a claim, i have put in the royal mail special delivery number which actually has his signature (which is strange since he says it was delivered to a neighbour and he just picked it up from them). Also i have noticed he bought the same two tickets of someone else on ebay and received them and left positive feedback.

    If he wins will he have to send the tickets back to me? The tickets were vip ones and the vip part could be used anyday but the main ticket could only be used on the friday so he could have just bought tickets on the door for the saturday or sunday and then used the VIP part (included food and champagne).
