only if consequential loss insurance was purchased i would have thought
the tickets havent been lost so the OP hasnt lost anything IYKWIM
in any case if the address is wrong theres no claim, however what happened ot the PO address check?0 -
I would go online to RM website and put in for a redelivery as your buyer for next avaliable date otherwise they will get returned to you after 7 days and paypal will refund0

i thought that they check the address in your local branch as they put special delivery on it? They confirm the address is on the system? Would that have not shown that something was wrong?0
-
The special delivery receipt shows the correct address so i think royal mail are to blame0

I just checked on the royal mail site and the item is now showing that its been delivered and signed for?!0
-
well they probably either redelivered it after your enquiry or your customer went to the DO0
-
they delivered it to the wrong address, the buyer picked them up today0

Whenever I send something woth RM at the Post Office that is Recorded or special delivery, they normally type the postcode into their computer to confirm the address and so that its printed on the reciept they give you that has the tracking number on.
So, surely if the Post Office did this and accepted the package/envelope they have accepted the item as correctly addressed and it is their fault it's not been delivered???0 -
as i said before, what does RM's postcode checker show the address as
if the package was addressed as per RM's data then there shouldnt be an issue0
