Good luck with it all hieveryone, you have my commiserations along with most of MSE your job indeed did just get harder...you will be putting up with this for upto 2 years from contracts started before 30/5/09, as it defo is it a "disadvantage" as expressly termed in o2 Airtime Agreement T&C & o2 Tariff T&C.
Do you ever give it a rest? What do you have against mobile phone companies? In the Three thread you decided that the CEO was to be sacked and that he had lost them millions of pounds because of the change. This is why nobody is taking what you are saying seriously, especially with your patronising 'come back to me when you have you have read contract law darling' and accusing people of being bullies.
It is typical behaviour of a troll. Maybe you should quit it as I can see that the forum team are already on your case in this thread and no doubt others now that your behaviour has been highlighted.0 -

When does anyone in legal circles "give it a rest", the law is there to PROTECT & SERVE.
3's CEO is nothing to do with this, but for your knowledge & entertainment any business where the CEO continually loses money is GONE, would you have been happy to keep Northern Rock & RBS management as a major taxpaying shareholder after they failed so badly ?
"Read Contract Law" ? NO, studied and passed.
Troll ? Please, if that's your defence I hope you hire a numpty lawyer next time you need legal representation & see where you end up as you deserve such, I'm giving advice & you ( & not alone ) attack me for such ??
As such not knowing your legal rights and entrusting a lawyer 100% is a large mistake people make. Lawyers as a whole choose the career for money, taking different angles to handle a case means more time & more money for them, not ALWAYS what is best for you - exactly the opposite of why I chose Law.
Forum team I shall approach why such was removed and confirm such here in this post. I have had no PM from mods on such.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -
And I will ask the mod why via PM, anyone requiring copies of such can PM me for the moment until I get clarification from mods as per MSE T&C.
A rise in bills for remaining contract is a "disadvantage" over outstanding xx months of contract.
The forum has no moderators. The Board Guides do not fulfil such a role.
Your post was removed by the Forum Team, who have already clearly explained the reason in the edit of the first post on the thread. I understand that they don't usually enter into discussion by PM.
If you disagree with the decision, you can follow advice elsewhere and contact the appropriate Abuse email address.
Meanwhile, you've signally failed to edit your other posts for the presence of these file-sharing links, as asked by FT1, and thus will cause more work to whoever has to go back through your recent posts to do so.
This issue isn't so difficult to understand:
even if you have naively used the file-sharing site in the belief it is ok, such sites can be riddled with files infected with viruses and trojans, and this is the reason why some more security-conscious parties, for example employers, block access to such sites. And this is the reason why some forum users will not go there either, thuis failing to see the info that you wanted them to read.
And apart from that, that site may well be abusing O2 copyright by hosting a copy of the document, as are you by posting it, and you're making MSE party to that breach as well
Why are you so opposed to simply posting a link to the relevant part of the O2 website?
And why are you being so obstreperous about it, now threatening to start a time-wasting argument about it with busy professional MSE staff who have better ways to spend their time?O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend these offers at any time on reasonable notice. Participating customers will receive 30 days notice via text message if changes are made to their disadvantage.
It seems you'll continue making such quotes without actually reading what it says
O2 is amending an offer.
People who have not taken that offer, for example apparently you, are not participating customers in that offer and are not therefore not affected by a change in the offer.
So I haven't received a text message about less scope for changing my extra paid for bolt-on in future, because I don't have one. I wouldn't expect this, and I won't complain about it.0 -

I didn't fail to remove anything, I came back to a PC/MSE to find them removed, alas there were no AFF links as you put it, I copy & pasted straight off Voda's site anywhere on the site ( & not on this thread ) as for sendspace well maybe it looking for revenue to keep going via a AFF GURU, hardly the same thing as me profiting from AFF links which is against MSE T&C, I did not do such.
o2 like 3 can change them online T&C at any point to amend itself, thats why I created a PDF file, the other Airtime Agreement PDF is downloadable from o2 itself but like 3 sneaky to change...I took a hard copy in the circumstances.
As for breach of o2 I represent a o2 customer whom is party to them T&C
Amending or removing is still a "disadvantage" via o2's own T&C.
I am being nothing of the kind, I did not post AFF as I know this is against MSE rules, of course I am going to question the decision when AFF link were NOT posted, that's the department's job busy or not, that's life for many employee's of many departments and companies. You seem to have a problem people questioning authority - what we learn from them makes society/world a better place. Surely if you suffered an injustice @ work and was reprimanded for such you would not sit there accepting a untruth led to such reprimanding against yourself, that's right you would call your union rep or lawyer FOR LEGAL ADVICE !SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies...
