Would anyone be able to help me or point me in the right direction?
I probably started along the business route about 18 months ago, opened a business bank account and did a little of research but then fell pregnant with my second baby so whilst maternity leave I put things aside and just made for friends but I'm keen to get going again especially as the event on Saturday was fairly successful but I really don't know where to start on the business side of things. I've just been working on my spreadsheets and it's all gone a bit wrong and hard to pick up where I left off and I doubt that it's very accurate anymore.
If anyone more experienced can share how they set up I would really appreciate it please and thank youOverdraft: [STRIKE]£529[/STRIKE] £199 BC: [STRIKE]£697.82[/STRIKE] £1974.02 MBNA: [STRIKE]£1874[/STRIKE] £517.00 -

Hi All
All of the nappy cakes are looking fab, well done
A question for you all before I pull my hair out.
What size nappies do you all use? How many rows of nappies do you use in your bottom tier and how on earth do you fit a muslin all the way round?? With 3 rows of nappies, the muslin or blanket is too small, with 2 if fits but then what about the 2nd and 3rd tier being smaller? I don't know if I am just being thick?? Help please! x0 -
One of my closest friends has just had twins (a girl and a boy) and I am going to attempt a twin nappy cake! I've never made a twin nappy cake before any advice?? not sure wheather to have both pink and blue on each layer (like half and half) or whether to do alternate layers of pink and blue?? The other issue of course is that they live in Australia!!!0

Hi all,
I made my first nappy cake yesterday but now I don't know how I should post it outIf I use Royal mail would I need to put it in a box of some sort or can I just send it out in the cellophane? Does anyone use a courier service? I have seen parcel*to*go but the reviews are mixed.
Thanks

hi, i used parcels to go, they were very efficient, and it cost 8 pounds as they customer wanted 48 hr delivery. i put it in a box wrapped and stuffed with bubble wrap, with lots of 'this way up' tape haha0

I have only posted one 3 tier so far and used Parcels2go (Yodel as the courier) and it got there fine. I would use them again. I wouldn't trust sending out a large cake by Royal Mail.0 -

Giggle I love the towel cake it's really nice. I have been asked to make a cake for a wedding for a friends sister who's getting married. I'm not really sure what to do. Yours looks very neat, I'm wondering will it be too soft with just towels and a couple of toiletries in the centre?Looking forward to new ventures :beer:0
