Janey the website was finished up and running in October, I have not had one order from it. I emailed them last week detailing problems with the site and he emailed back to say they would be fixed within 7 days. They weren't, so emailed again yesterday to see how they were getting on with things - he hasn't emailed back. The £50 monthly fee is due now, he can whistle for it!

Annoying tho as I have 100's of business cards and leaflets with the website address on.

Oh I dont know what to do - feel like jacking it all in

Aww Sweetie, I feel for you I really do but don't give up, if you purchased your domain name it is yours anyway and can be transfered, I have heard of this sort of thing so many times, let me know if I can help you further, you can email me or visit my facebook page and send me a message that way, you are more likely to get me on Facebook than on here to be honest, I only pop on here once or twice a week but I run my business page on Facebook so am always on there. Let me know how you get on and what he says to you when he finally replies.
    Take care
    Janey x :)
  • I just wondered for all of you that do craft fairs, do I need to purchase some carrier bags to put the smaller items in (should I sell any!) such as the sock cupcakes etc. Do people expect carrier bags or are they normally ok to carry them as they are?

Also, is there anything else that I might not have thought of that I may need to get?
  • These are fabby :-)

Really cute cake Zangels. I've just looked on Ebay, item number 320648730973 - 50 bags for 99p. They are only plain thin ones but ideal for what I would need them for so am going to order some as they are so cheap.

I've booked a fair at my local hospital for 11th March. Got so much to do and am starting to panic. It will be my first one and am worried that I am going to so much time and effort and won't end up selling anything, but you don't know until you try!

Do you all just balance your teddies on top or do you secure them somehow?

Haven't started mine yet, slightly nervous as its my first. I'd appreciate any "top tips" that anyone has!:o

I just place mine on the top, once the cake is wrapped in cellophane it holds it in place. Others may do different though?

I always tie my teddies on. I stick curling ribbon to something inside the cake (talc etc) and tie it over the sitting legs of teddy.

Good Luck to everyone with your fairs!
