I have done a bath time cake to take to the craft fair. It started as a 1tier but i couldnt get a design I liked so ended up a 2 tier. i must of re made it at least 10 times in different ways befor I was happy. I think im happy with it now?Looking forward to new ventures :beer:0

I like 3 tier cakes best Hsl500, I think they have a bigger impact if you have the budget to do it. The way you have folded the vest in the second one looks better though
. I always end up remaking the cakes I have done until I am happy as I am terrible at getting them straight. I also like complimenting ribbons on the cakes as I think it adds a bit of visual impact. Your little Roo teddy is lovely, so cute.
Looking forward to new ventures :beer:0 -

Giggle they are lovely, I bet they will sell. Are they in alittle bucket? I have not yet mastered flowers, I reallyt wanted to make a little bouqet one girl, one boy and one neutral but cant quite get it to look like flowers.
Where is the craft fair you are doing? Im doing my first one in March and am quite worried but excited.Looking forward to new ventures :beer:0 -
Not a bucket but more of a pot i will try and take a photo of just the pot. I do a lot of fairs as i have been making nappy cakes now for 6 or 7 years

I thought maybe it was one of those little silver ones they use in florists. They fit in the pot really well anyway.
Thats good to hear, craft fairs must be worth doing the if your still going to them after 6 years in the buisness.
I was worrying it wasnt the right place for nappy cakes so thats reassuring.Looking forward to new ventures :beer:0 -
Janey the website was finished up and running in October, I have not had one order from it. I emailed them last week detailing problems with the site and he emailed back to say they would be fixed within 7 days. They weren't, so emailed again yesterday to see how they were getting on with things - he hasn't emailed back. The £50 monthly fee is due now, he can whistle for it!
Annoying tho as I have 100's of business cards and leaflets with the website address on.
Oh I dont know what to do - feel like jacking it all in :mad:0 -
