Wow nuninge! You did well on the contents of your cakes - 101 Nappies!
    They look fantastic.
Don't underprice yourself, remember, if you were asked to make the cake again and you had to pay full price for stuff, you should still be making a profit.

liz_uk That made me laugh - bet I've taken you right back to another time! That's how long I feel like I've had them and still got loads left.

Janey21, way back last year (or it might have been longer than that. Eek! wish it would slow down) Asda used to sell these Teddies and some lovely Ellephants.

We all used them as they were really cheap and for Newborns. I bought the last of the Teddies at my store at a knock down price before they took them off altogether.

They also used to do some lovely Baby toys on the Baby section but not had anything for ages apart from those little Teddy Blankies.

Don't know why, but all the toys now seem to be great big things that we can't use.

i love those one tiers. They look so neat and yet still have loads on them. I have a bit of a question...how do you lovely ladies (and lads if there are any on here) secure your blankets at the back please?

Oh I see....... it really annoys you doesn't it when they discontinue or can't get hold of more stock, we just think that we are onto a good thing then wham 'sorry we don't do then any more' ..... I am really peeved that I can't get the gorgeous soft baby blankets anymore at Primark, not keen on most of their stuff but loved those blankets sniff! sniff! hate the new designs.

I use proper nappy pins they don't cost much and it makes things more secure :)

Thanks! Nuninge, there is also a bodysuit, bib, and Johnsons soap and cream inside.

I tend to wrap most blankets point to point so you are not left with a "bulk" at the end. I don't use pins.
When I have wrapped around i tuck one end into the other. Sorry, hard to explain. Will try and get a pic when I can.

Janey21, Were you after any particular colour etc of Blankets?

I think you mentioned you liked the yellow ones in Primark. I just thought I could keep a lookout for you when I am on my travels.

    Hi Hun
Thanks Moonpenny, I liked them all pink, blue and lemon, I used them on my 3 tier cakes and the 3 tiers are my best seller so I really need to source some more soft fluffy blankets, I have 1 pink one left now, I came across some lovely ones in Home Bargains the other day by the way, they were only £2.59 and absolutely gorgeous so if you have a Home Bargains near you I would go check them out.
    Janey :)
