Thanks, i did see these in there catalogue, when they arrive can you let us know what they are like please? I need to make a wdding towel cake for december for some quite posh friends so dont want really cheap feeling towels!

I know what you mean about the quality - I was tempted to order loads but I restrained myself lol! in case they feel really cheap! It may take 28 days to arrive though - what is it coming by Pigeon post lol!?

Will let you know when they eventually arrive....

This is a bath time cake i had an order for. Going to take with me on the school run and hand it over in the play ground to the customer to see if i can drum up any more trade.

I had some studio towels years ago - was tempted to order some more to see if they have improved but the ones I had werent that nice. but I'd be interested to hear how they are now!

I did manage to get a towel bale in Ethel Austin for £6 - not bad for the money although they only had black or white.

Well it worked i have just had another order for a bath time cake. I was surprised as only one person commented on it no one else was interested. But one more order is better than non.

Am in the middle of making my first nappy cake and have been watching various youtube videos on how to make the cakes. I am amazed at all the different ways to make them! Think I am going to have to experiment with various techniques to find the best one!

Was just wondering if someone could give me some advice on wrapping round and attaching a hooded towel to bottom cake layer and a burp cloth to the top layer? Ta!

Anyone seen a little blue duck anywhere? I am kicking myself as i had a yellow one but put in the purple one in the cake i did yesterday. Now i need a blue one for another order but the purple would have done.

debsleypig there are instructions on here some where maybe on the old thread. Do a search and you may find it other than that someone may come along and post a link to it for you but i haven't got time to look late for school run and i haven't got dressed yet oops!
