i know its been asked but im afraid i must of missed the replies and 63 pages is a lot to go back through. How do you sell your stuff in the shops? My Dad got talking to the owner of a local giftshop who might be interested (although we aren't convinced he got what dad meant as he kept saying about putting it in his cake shop rather than his gift one!) but will do a 100% mark up. I am proud of some of my cakes (normally im hopeless at making things) but i dont think they are worth £80, the lowest i could drop is £30 and i think still think £60 is a lot (for a 3 tier). Do most shops work on 100% mark up? How much profit do you aim to makewhen selling through shops?Best wins in 2013 £200 and Mini iPad. 2014 no wins. 2015 2 nights 5* hotel with £300 vouchers plus £1150 Harrods gift card

Hi
Just thought I'd post a picture of my cake. It's the second one I've made (I forgot to take a picture of the 1st one - doh!) and I really love making them. It's a pity I don't have anyone else to make one for now.0 -
